About the Role & Team
The Accounts team's goal is to support our patrons throughout their account creation process, and secure their personal information and funds.
This includes engineering our robust signup process using analytics, user research and working with talented designers to collect and verify regulatory required information. Implementing and maintaining secure authentication methods for our patrons to access our platform. And providing our customer service team with tools to provide any support to our patrons regarding their account.
